Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are a minor, you may use the store only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

You agree to provide complete, current and accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information.

Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, embroidery, sizes and photographs accurately. However:

Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting;
Handmade or embroidered elements may have minor natural variations;
Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
An oversized fit may differ depending on body type and selected size.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Whether taxes are included in the displayed price will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when RHY confirms it for processing or dispatch.

Delivery restrictions;
Orders apparently intended for unauthorised resale.

If payment has been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with the payment provider’s terms and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

RHY is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks or payment providers, but we will reasonably assist with payment-related order issues.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and remaining available for delivery attempts.

Exchanges, Replacements and Refunds

All requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

For a size exchange, customers must:

Submit a request within 3 calendar days of delivery;
Provide the required package-opening video;
Keep the yellow tag loop attached to the left sleeve;
Return the product unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Ordinary preference changes do not qualify for refunds. Remedies for damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly supplied products remain subject to verification and applicable law.

Package-Opening Video

Customers must record a clear, continuous and unedited package-opening video showing the sealed package, shipping label and complete product.

This evidence helps RHY evaluate claims relating to product condition, damage, shortage or incorrect supply. A claim may be rejected if adequate evidence is not provided, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand name, original photographs, graphics, written content, layout and other materials owned or licensed by RHY are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or falsely represent RHY content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

Use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
Submit false information or misleading claims;
Interfere with website security or functionality;
Upload viruses, malicious code or harmful content;
Attempt unauthorised access to any system or customer information;
Copy or commercially misuse protected store content;
Place orders using unauthorised payment information.
